Each duplicate, derivative, transformed, tokenized,vectorized, summarized, embedded, or machine-readable representation constitutes an additional billable data point.

AUTOMATED ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

The following activities are expressly prohibited absent

written authorization:

• Bot harvesting

• AI crawling

• Dataset compilation

• Shadow profiling

• Bulk copying

• Automated monitoring

• Data mining

• API circumvention

• Headless browser extraction

• LLM ingestion

• Embedding generation

• Vector database storage

Robots.txt permissions do not constitute waiver of these restrictions.

COMMERCIAL USE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE
